PESO BILLS GET NEW LOOK!

The Philippine bank notes gets redesigned with the image of the late Pres. Cory Aquino placed beside her husband, the late Sen. Ninoy Aquino on the new 500 peso bill. This is part of redesigning of all Philippine bank notes unveiled by the BSP last Thursday. 

All six denominations - P20, P50, P100, P200, P500, and P1,000 - have new designs with the signature of current President Noynoy Aquino. The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas also said it has upgraded security of the new bills to prevent fraud.
