I think I overdid my workout. Pushed myself to run 10 minutes non stop and got a blinding migraine after. Sheesh! Well, at least I know I could do it and that I lost some calories but I think I need to see a doctor. I've noticed that every time I push myself hard on any exercise or cardio activity, I get these migraines.
Oh well, like they say, no pain, no gain right? I just find it hard going to work after. The migraine feels like a jackhammer trying to get into my skull. Let's see what happens later.
