I just hate hate hate the services of Unionbank. I have been burned by their services several times already. Even our company hates them and is now thinking of getting another bank's services for our payroll as they are always always late in crediting our salary.
I had a friend send over some of my earnings through Xoom.com sent to the husband's EON account. I was under the assumption that online transactions through bank deposits would be easier and more convenient. I needed the money Saturday for something very very important as our salary won't come in until Wednesday. Well, what do you know, iti's 1:00 PM Monday, the xoom transaction said it was just waiting for the recipient bank's authorization and the money isn't in yet.
I called their customer service hotline and was told by the person I spoke with that they were not aware of Xoom.com's services. WTF??!!! Why are they even on xoom's list of authorized banks then?! Aaargh!
So sorry I am just so pissed.

are we officemates? :) our company hates unionbank too as in super! yung finance director nga namin nagresign sa inis sa ub. we were okay when we were with Ibank pa but eversince nagmerge sila wiwth ub nakow! samut sari na ang problema! we are planning to shift to metro na :)

hahaha yeah i know her very well but I think she resigned not because of UB but for some other reason na sinabi niya sa mom ko lol!
